Tasty and delicious FOOD cannot be separated from all humans. Food helps us get energy to run lives every day. Many types of food which of course we have tried with various ways to cook it.
Nevertheless, we are still looking for new recipes to process them at home. But if we have disease, of course, not all food can we try. One of them diabetes which requires choosing the right foods and can not be too sweet.
But now there is no need to worry because those of you who have diabetes can still taste good and delicious food every day. These foods are certainly safe so blood sugar stays under control. Ideally, you should choose recipes that are lower in carbohydrates and higher in protein, healthy fats, and fiber.
